目的评价综合防治措施对超市蜚蠊的防治效果。方法选择3家超市,其中2家作为试验场所,1家作为对照。试验场所采取环境治理为主,化学防治为辅的综合防治措施;以相对密度下降率为指标评价防治效果。结果超市蜚蠊种类均为德国小蠊;主要侵害生鲜区、熟食区、库房、面包房、食品区和蔬果区等,百货区密度较低;采取综合防治措施3d后蜚蠊密度明显下降,超市A及超市B密度下降率分别为89.96%和81.38%;3周后密度下降率分别为93.89%和90.21%;2个月后密度下降率分别为95.05%和89.27%。结论超市蜚蠊侵害严重,优势种为德国小蠊;综合防治措施可快速有效地降低蜚蠊密度,并且具有较长的持效期。
Objective To evaluate the effect of comprehensive prevention and control measures on the control of cockroaches in supermarkets. Methods Three supermarkets were selected, of which two were used as test sites and one as control. The test site adopts the comprehensive prevention and treatment measures that are mainly based on environmental treatment and supplemented by chemical prevention and control. The relative density reduction rate is used as an index to evaluate the control effect. The results showed that the cockroach species in the supermarket were German cockroach, which mainly infested the fresh area, cooked food area, warehouse, bakery, food area and fruit and vegetable area. The density of department store was low. The density of cockroach decreased obviously after 3d, The density densities of supermarket A and supermarket B were 89.96% and 81.38% respectively. After 3 weeks, the density densities were 93.89% and 90.21% respectively. After 2 months, the density densities were 95.05% and 89.27% respectively. Conclusion Cockroach was seriously infested in supermarket and the dominant species was Blattella germanica. Comprehensive control measures could reduce the density of cockroaches rapidly and effectively, and had a longer persistence period.
