大功率直流力矩电机,因其在堵转或接近堵转状态下能直接驱动负载而常被用作高精度、高机械谐振频率及低转速大中型雷达的天线座驱动。但应用时又因其体积大、重量重、价格贵常受到限制。对此,我厂在某雷达的天线座驱动上,采用了力矩电机(L)加上一级圆柱齿轮(C)减速的“LC”传动形式。该形式既具有直流力矩电机之优点,又可充分利用圆柱齿轮传动的已有优势。实践
High-power DC torque motors are often used as antenna mount drivers for high-precision, high-mechanical resonance frequencies and low-speed large and medium-sized radars because they directly drive the load in the locked or near-locked state. However, due to its large size and weight, the price is often limited. In this regard, I plant a radar antenna seat drive, using a torque motor (L) plus a cylindrical gear (C) deceleration “LC” transmission.
