妊娠期胎儿的梅毒感染可引起严重的后果。为了研究先天性梅毒感染,作者建立了兔的梅毒感染模型,该模型表现许多与人先天性梅毒感染相同的病理特征。作者用2.5ml 10~8/ml梅毒螺旋体Nichols株在妊娠第3、10、17和24天时通过耳静脉注射母免进行实验感染,出生时称重和外观记录,对死胎、新生兔死亡和1~2周龄存活兔进行大体和组织学病理检查。结果发现未注射Nichols株的妊娠母兔的新生子兔死亡率为21%,存活子代生长正常,无明显病理改变。而感染的妊娠母兔的新生子兔死亡率达53%,约半数存活新生子兔
Syphilis infection in a fetus during pregnancy can have serious consequences. In order to study congenital syphilis infection, the authors established a rabbit syphilis infection model that displays many of the same pathological features as human congenital syphilis infection. The authors used 2.5 ml of the 10-8 / ml Treponema pallidum Nichols strain to inoculate via the ear vein on days 3, 10, 17, and 24 of gestation for experimental infection, birth weight and appearance recording, and death of the stillborn, newborn rabbits and 1 ~ 2 weeks old surviving rabbits for gross and histopathological examination. The results showed that the death rate of neonatal rabbits of pregnant females without Nichols strain was 21%, and the surviving offspring grew normally with no obvious pathological changes.
