第一条为规范建设部机关实施行政许可的工作程序,依据《中华人民共和国行政许可法》,结合部机关工作实际,制定本规程。第二条本规程适用于部机关直接实施的行政许可事项的办理。第三条部机关主管有关行政许可事项的各业务司局(以下简称主管司局),应当在办公场所、建设部网站公示以下内容 (一)行政许可事项的依据、条件、数量、程序、期限;
Article 1 These Procedures are formulated in accordance with the Work Procedures of the People’s Republic of China on Administrative Licensing to regulate the work procedures of the Ministry of Construction to implement administrative licensing and to combine the actual work of ministries and agencies. Article 2 These Procedures shall apply to the handling of administrative licensing items directly implemented by ministries and agencies. Article 3 The bureaus and departments in charge of business affairs related to administrative licensing matters (hereinafter referred to as the competent bureaus) shall publicize the following contents at the offices and the website of the Ministry of Construction: (1) The basis, conditions, quantities, procedures and deadlines of administrative licensing matters ;
