我国大型建筑企业的资本运作是一种面向外部的资本扩张运动。建筑企业资本运作的目的是获取更多的资本,从而发展与壮大自身。随着经济的不断改革,大型建筑企业的资本运营需要顺应时代经济发展的潮流,积极地适应经济发展的形势,更新自身企业的发展理念,创新自身的发展方式,运用更多元化的资本运作方式,提高我国大型建筑企业的经济收益,最终实现大型建筑企业最优的发展规模,最有效的资源配置,最有力的发展核心,从而为我国整个经济的发展提供动力。
