本文从对中学技巧教材中的侧手翻动作的理论分析入手,提出一种可以使学生较快、较准确地掌握全部技术动作的教学方法。笔者的教学实践证明这种教学方法是行之有效的。
This article starts with the theoretical analysis of the hand-cranked movement in the middle school technical teaching materials, and proposes a teaching method that can make the students grasp all the technical movements faster and more accurately. The author’s teaching practice proved that this teaching method is effective.
