游戏作为体育教学的主要手段,有利于激发和调动学生练习兴趣,更好地体现“寓教于乐”的特点。掷沙包是一种喜闻乐见的体育游戏,能有效发展学生速度、力量、灵敏、协调等身体素质,提高快速反应能力,培养团结协作的意识和顽强拼搏的精神,深受学生喜爱,并且场地器材简便易备,实为一种行之有效的练习手段。游戏作为体育教学的主要手段,有利于激发和调动学生练习兴趣,更好地体现“寓教于乐”的特点。小沙包是学生们非常喜欢的也是比较大众化、趣味性比较强的游戏,以小沙包游戏谈谈在体育教学中的作用供大家交流。
