输水管道穿南水北调总干渠工程,不仅关系到供水工程的安全运行,同时也影响到总干渠的输水安全。为防止总干渠在倒虹吸段发生不均匀沉降,在倒虹吸箱涵顶部和总干渠渠底之间回填高塑性土,在管身两侧、管顶以下施工基坑范围内回填低压缩性土。为防止接触冲刷破坏和不均匀沉陷,在总干渠渠堤下管身分缝处设置截水环,在截水环顶部高程处埋设土工格栅,以确保总干渠输水安全。为满足总体设计要求,根据输水管道管底高程、总干渠渠底高程及设计水位的相互关系,考虑了渠上管道桥和渠底倒虹吸2种穿越方案,经技术、经济、施工等综合分析比较,确定输水管道穿总干渠建筑物型式为渠底倒虹吸,倒虹吸管外加防护箱涵。
