人们在劳动的时候,体内会发生一系列的生理变化,以适应劳动的需要。通过劳动锻炼,可以使肌肉发达,身体健壮,工作效率提高,寿命延长。但是,如果劳动条件不合适、劳动安排不恰当、劳动强度过大或劳动时间过久,不注意劳逸结合,违反生理规律,有时也会影响健康。由于妇女在体格、生理上和男子有许多不同,尤其在行经期和妊娠期生理上的变化更为特殊,如果劳动时不考虑这方面的特点,则对健康影响更大。因此研究劳动对妇女特殊生理条件的影响,从而提出一些保护措施,是保护妇女健康和提高妇女劳动生产力的一项重要措施。为了做好妇女劳动保护,必须清楚地了解有关基础知识,现分以下几点谈谈。
