作为沉淀与气浮有机结合的新型净水构筑物浮沉池,对于处理不同浊度的原水有很好的适应性。本文通过分析比较目前在东北地区已投产使用的多座浮沉池的运行实践,认为斜板浮沉池在生产实际中具有良好的可操作性。在原水浊度大于50度时采用斜板沉淀方式运行,沉降速度为0.25~0.3mm/s,表面负荷为9.0~11.5m~3/(m~2·h);浊度小于50度按气浮工艺运行,表面负荷采用9.0~11.5m~3/(m~2·h)。
As a sedimentation and air-floating organic combination of a new water purification structure floatation tank, it has a good adaptability to deal with raw water of different turbidity. This paper analyzes and compares the operation practice of multiple floatation tanks that have been put into production in the northeastern region. It is believed that the inclined plate floatation sedimentation tank has good operability in production. When the turbidity of the raw water is greater than 50 degrees, it is operated with inclined plate sedimentation, the settling velocity is 0.25-0.3mm/s, the surface load is 9.0- 11.5m-3/(m~2h), and the turbidity is less than 50 degrees. Floating process operation, the surface load using 9.0 ~ 11.5m ~ 3 / (m ~ 2 · h).
