目的探讨糖尿病自我管理中的个体化健康教育效果。方法采取个体化的健康教育结合综合指导措施,并在教育前后对60例糖尿病患者进行自我管理能力、血糖控制情况的比较。结果个体化健康教育后,患者的糖尿病知识掌握程度得到了提高;控制饮食、每天运动、监测血糖以及合理用药的比例较个体化健康教育前显著提高。个体化健康教育后患者空腹血糖明显得到控制,较教育前分级之间差异有统计学意义;个体化健康教育后患者餐后2小时血糖控制程度明显提高,较教育前分级之间差异有显著性。结论个体化健康教育能有效地控制糖尿病患者的血糖水平,提高患者的自我管理能力及依从性,对延缓和预防糖尿病并发症的发生和发展具有特殊的意义。
Objective To explore the effect of individualized health education in diabetes self-management. Methods Taking individualized health education combined with comprehensive guiding measures and comparing self-management ability and blood glucose control of 60 diabetes patients before and after education. Results Individualized health education, patients with diabetes knowledge to master the degree has been improved; control diet, exercise daily, blood glucose monitoring and rational use of drugs than before the proportion of health education significantly increased. After the individualized health education, the fasting blood glucose of the patients was obviously controlled, which was significantly different from that before education. The individual’s level of glycemic control after 2-hour postprandial health education was significantly higher than that before education . Conclusion Individualized health education can effectively control the blood sugar level of diabetic patients and improve their self-management ability and compliance. It is of special significance to delay and prevent the occurrence and development of diabetic complications.
