China Institute of Vacuum in 2008 October 17-19 held in Kunming, Yunnan 2008 academic annual meeting. The meeting invited a number of foreign delegates from the International Federation of Vacuum Technology and Applied Applications, the United States Dayton University and the German Oerlikon Leybold Vacuum, Japan’s National Institute of Materials Science and other participants.
