核心价值观的本质是对首位或者本位价值的共识,其特征是统治阶级的主导性,体现了国家社会制度的价值取向;有机结合中的科学性与超知识性,代表了人类社会发展和历史前进的方向;尊重差异下的包容性,具有持久开放的解释力;功能的统帅支配性,决定着整个价值体系的基本特征和基本方向。中国特色社会主义核心价值观的根本内涵是以人为本、公平正义,两者之间是普遍性与具体性、理想性与现实性、方向性与路径性的有机结合。以人为本、公平正义是社会主义核心价值体系的凝练与标识,“三个倡导”是社会主义核心价值体系的基本范畴与价值区域。
The essence of the core values is the consensus on the first or the value of one’s own. The dominant characteristic of the ruling class is the value orientation of the state social system. The scientific and super-knowledgeable nature of the organic combination represents the development of human society and the progress of history ; Respect for the inclusiveness under the difference, with a lasting and open explanatory power; the commanding power of the function determines the basic characteristics and basic directions of the entire value system. The fundamental connotation of the core values of socialism with Chinese characteristics is people-oriented, fairness and justice. The two are the organic combination of universality and specificity, ideality and reality, and orientation and path. People-oriented, fairness and justice are the conciseness and identification of the socialist core value system. The “three advocations” are the basic categories and value areas of the socialist core value system.
