本文是华南农业大学徐燕千教授1988年1月15日在广东全省护林防火工作现场会议上的学术报告。营造防火林带,既是绿化,又能防火;并可防止水土流失;把消极性的防火线转化为生产性的防火林带,兼有生态、经济、社会效益。报告对如何营造防火林带作了系统论述,对今后开展森林防火工作,很有启发和帮助。为了推广营造防火林带,特征得作者同意,现予全文刊登。
This article is the academic report of Prof. Xu Yanqian from South China Agricultural University on January 15, 1988 at the Guangdong Provincial Forest Fire Prevention Worksite Conference. It is not only afforesting but also protecting against fire; it can prevent soil and water loss; it transforms the negative fire-fighting line into productive fire-proof forest belt, which has both ecological, economic and social benefits. The report made a systematic exposition on how to create a fire forest belt, which is very inspiring and helpful to forest fire prevention in the future. In order to promote the building of a fire-proof forest belt, the author has agreed with the author’s consent and is now circulating the full text.
