“西湖之春”艺术节每两年在美丽的西子湖畔——杭州隆重举行。为了弘扬中国传统文化艺术,增进各地少儿间的书法艺术交流,推动少儿书法教育事业的发展,发现和培养书法艺术新苗,提供少儿展示才艺、接触社会的舞台,“第四届‘西湖之春’国际少年儿童书法大赛”又如约而至了。一、主办单位:中共杭州市委宣传部;杭州市文学艺术界联合会。二、承办单位:杭州市书法家协会;杭州青少年活动中心。
