大学英语教材中文化内容的承载关系着大学英语教学的全局,我们对英语教材的评估也必须加入对目的语文化内容甚至中外文化对比内容的量化考查。只有这样,大学英语教材的编写才可能真正满足教与学的需要。本文中笔者将从教材分析的原则和文化内容的分类入手评价现行大学英语教材的文化承载,以期为新一代大学英语教材的编排提供参考。
The bearing of cultural contents in college English teaching materials is related to the overall situation of college English teaching. To evaluate English teaching materials, we must also include the quantitative examination of the comparative contents of the target language culture and even Chinese and foreign cultures. Only in this way, the preparation of college English teaching materials can really meet the needs of teaching and learning. In this paper, I will begin with the classification of the principles and cultural contents of textbook analysis to evaluate the cultural bearing of the current college English textbooks, with a view to provide a reference for the layout of a new generation of college English textbooks.
