本文通过对云南省职工乒乓球比赛中运动员的心理分析,认为心理训练对运动员的训练和比赛具有高度的关联度,因此,在训练中应加强对运动员心理素质的训练。
Through the psychological analysis of the athletes in Yunnan province table tennis competitions, this paper believes that psychological training has a high degree of relevance to the training and competition of athletes. Therefore, the training of psychological quality of athletes should be strengthened.
