在特殊钢生产过程中,热处理工艺起着重要作用。目前,在推广应用保护气氛热处理方面,各厂都十分重视。因为充分认识到保护气氛热处理是解决氧化、脱碳的有效手段,特别是以利用空气氮制备成氮基气氛为冶金工厂保护气氛的主要方向。各特钢厂中除条件较差的贵阳钢厂外,均已进行或正在准备进行这项工作。大部分钢厂先后搞成了纯氮法、配制法、净化法等各具特色的气氛,并在不同炉型上进行试验生产。但这项工作发展也是不平衡的。作得好的有太原、大连、重特、上五;比较好的有长城四分厂、北京、抚顺;北特与陕西虽然起步较晚,也正在迎头赶上。
In the special steel production process, heat treatment process plays an important role. There are Taiyuan, Dalian, special, on the fifth; better there are four branches of the Great Wall, Beijing, Fushun; Beit and Shaanxi, although started late, is also catching up.
