目的:了解长治市城区2001～2006年5岁以下儿童死亡率及其主要死亡原因的变化趋势。方法:对2001～2006年长治市城区5岁以下儿童死亡监测资料进行研究与分析。结果:2001～2006年5岁以下儿童死亡率分别为7.4‰、10.44‰、13.12‰、9.78‰、15.48‰、14.30‰,呈波动趋势;早产和低出生体重、出生窒息仍是5岁以下儿童死亡的主要原因。结论:需要进一步加强孕产妇及儿童系统管理,提高产科、儿科医生技术水平,做好5岁以下儿童死亡监测工作,改善儿童生存状况,从而降低5岁以下儿童死亡率。
Objective: To understand the change trend of the mortality rate and the main causes of death among children under 5 years of age in Changzhi city from 2001 to 2006. Methods: The mortality monitoring data of children under 5 years of age in Changzhi city from 2001 to 2006 were studied and analyzed. Results: The mortality rates of children under 5 years old from 2001 to 2006 were 7.4 ‰, 10.44 ‰, 13.12 ‰, 9.78 ‰, 15.48 ‰ and 14.30 ‰, respectively. The prevalence of preterm birth and low birth weight was still below 5 years The main reason for death. Conclusion: It is necessary to further strengthen maternal and child system management, improve the technical level of obstetricians and pediatricians, monitor the death of children under 5 years of age, improve the living conditions of children, and reduce the mortality rate of children under 5 years of age.
