1981年~1983年对某化工厂氯乙烯车间的生产条件进行了改善,使车间空气中氯乙烯浓度基本达到国家最高容许浓度(30mg/m~3),对改善前后的氯乙烯职业危害进行了动态观察。结果证明氯乙烯肝脏损害与车间浓度、年龄、工龄有关(P<0.05),与工种无关;三年间断肝功化验,无转氨酶增高者,提示肝脏损害以慢性纤维化为主,这点与传染性肝炎不同;未发现肝血管肉瘤及癌变,无指端溶骨症。一例双指呈囊样改变,是否为指端溶骨症的早期改变,有待进一步观察。
