胃十二指肠溃疡者不同状态下血中生长抑素、胃泌素水平

本文对胃十二指肠溃疡患者在并发出血、幽门螺旋菌(HP)感染、H_2受体阻滞剂治疗后等不同情况下血浆生长抑素(SS)、胃泌素(Gas)水平作了测定,结果提示在上述各种状态下,血中SS、Gas水平均无显著改变,H_2RA治疗后呈现SS水平下降而Gas水平升高的趋势。

In this paper, the levels of plasma somatostatin (SS) and gastrin (Gas) in patients with gastroduodenal ulcer under different conditions after hemorrhage, Helicobacter pylori (HP) infection, and H 2 blockers were determined The results showed that under the above conditions, no significant changes were found in the levels of SS and Gas in blood. The levels of SS decreased and the levels of Gas increased after H_2RA treatment.
