本文对１３８３例正常胎儿的身长进行了逐周的观察测量，取得了如下结果：求得了３３个不同胎（周）龄生长发育阶段身长的数据资料；身长的生长发育速率是不一致的，即其增长率趋于逐渐减慢，这种趋势尤以胎生早期更为明显；身长发育的性别差异不明显。本文结果对教学及临床有提供基础数据的参考意义。
In this paper, the length of 1383 normal fetuses were observed and measured week by week, and the following results were obtained: The data of the growth of 33 different fetal (weeks) age were obtained; the growth rate of the growth was inconsistent The growth rate tends to gradually slow down, especially in the early stages of this trend, the more obvious growth; gender differences in growth are not obvious. The results of this paper provide reference data for teaching and clinical significance.
