研制出一种高选择性的管式硅基裂解膜;并报道了这种膜的制备方法.这种膜是由分子规则排列的硅树脂材料经裂解制成,对H2渗透系数达104Barrer,H2/N2分离因子16.8,其选择透过性能优于常规的有机膜和无机膜,也优于由分子无规排列的硅树脂所制成的裂解膜.这种膜制备方法简单、价廉、重现性好.
Developed a highly selective tubular silicon-based cracking film; and reported the preparation of this film.
