工具性与人文性是语文学科的两个基本特性,而近期的中职语文课程改革中过分强调的语文的工具性特点,使语文学科丧失了应有的人文性与审美鉴赏的趣味,因此在中职语文教学中兼顾工具性与人文性是课程改革的关键,尤其在饭店服务专业中,如何发挥这些专业的文化优势,积极挖掘专业文化的课程资源既实现了文化课为专业服务的目的,同时也增加了语文课的文学性和趣味性。
