企业制度创新在中国经济体制改革中处于特殊重要的位置中国选择市场经济体制作为改革目标,目的是充分发挥市场机制的作用,通过竞争提高经济资源配置效率。但必要条件是必须拥有千万个市场竞争主体,并使它们保持充分的独立性。而这恰恰与传统国有企业制度相悖。在中国要建立的社会主义市场经济中,保留一定的国有成份,实行市场经济体制是其中重要的内容。为此,我们面临两个必须解决的问题:一是公有制、国有经济与市场体制如何有效对接;二是国家投资的企业如何适应市场机制下的经营
Enterprise system innovation is in a special and important position in the reform of China's economic structure China's choice of a market economy system as a reform goal aims at giving full play to the role of the market mechanism and enhancing the efficiency of economic resource allocation through competition. However, the necessary conditions must be to have tens of millions of competitors in the market and maintain their full independence. This is precisely contrary to the traditional system of state-owned enterprises. In the socialist market economy to be established in China, the preservation of certain state-owned components and the implementation of a market economy system are some of the important contents. To this end, we have to face two problems that must be solved: First, how public ownership and the state-owned economy and market system can be effectively connected; and secondly, how can state-invested enterprises adapt to the operation under the market mechanism
