本文介绍了车辆热喷防腐沥青的研制与生产、室内各种性能试验及运用性能试验、该种沥青的加热及喷涂装置。并介绍了该种沥青的喷涂工艺,喷涂车试验情况。用该种沥青于1984—1985年在长春客车工厂喷涂4辆客车,经在高温及寒冷地区使用,证明防腐效果良好,达到了设计要求。文章最后总结了热喷沥青的优越性、经济效益及有待改进和注意的问题。
This article describes the development and production of vehicle thermal spray anti-corrosion asphalt, indoor various performance tests and performance tests, the kind of asphalt heating and spraying device. And introduced the kind of asphalt spraying process, spraying car test situation. This kind of bitumen was used to spray 4 passenger cars at the Changchun bus factory from 1984 to 1985, which proved that the anticorrosive effect was good and reached the design requirements after being used in high temperature and cold regions. Finally, the article summarizes the advantages of thermal spray asphalt, economic benefits and problems to be improved and attention.
