本文提出的多组分间歇精馏过程计算模型,以非线性微分方程组描述,结合平衡关系和初始条件用四阶Runge-Kutta法进行数值模拟,其结果反映了多组分间歇精馏的动态特性和影响因素。本模型对理想溶液和非理想溶液的间歇精馏操作均具有一定指导作用。
In this paper, the computational model of multicomponent batch distillation process is described in this paper, which is described by nonlinear differential equations. The fourth-order Runge-Kutta method is used to simulate the equilibrium and initial conditions. The results reflect the dynamic state of multicomponent batch distillation Characteristics and influencing factors. This model has some guidance on the batch distillation of ideal solution and non-ideal solution.
