促进林业科技成果转化,是提高林业生产力、推动林业行业发展的必然选择。推广是技术成果转化为生产力的纽带与核心,是科学求真务实的体现过程。文章指出了当前我国林业科技推广领域存在的主要问题,并着重论述了做好林业科技成果推广工作要重点把握的三个方面:人员素质(沟通能力、理解能力等)、方法或技术(授课培训、野外考察、走村串户、试验示范等)、编制推广计划并进行可行性研究。
Promoting the transformation of forestry science and technology achievements is an inevitable choice to improve forestry productivity and promote the development of forestry industry.
