档案信息是人类改造外部世界过程中留下的有保存价值的历史记录,是依附于一定物质载体上的人类活动的原始信息集合,其功能效用的实现必须借助于主、客体之间的相互作用,而档案信息资源开发利用工作正是这种相互作用的实际体现。笔者就档案信息资源开发利用工作阐述一下自己的观点。
Archival information is a historical record of preserving value left by humans in transforming the external world and is a collection of primitive information of human activities attached to a certain material carrier. The realization of its functional utility must be based on the interaction between the subject and the object , And the development and utilization of archives information resources is the actual embodiment of this interaction. I work on the development and utilization of archival information resources to elaborate my point of view.
