十三年磨一剑的《反垄断法》终获通过,该法明确规定保护关系国民经济命脉和国家安全的行业以及依法实行专营专卖的行业的合法经营活动。对法律的解读因人而异,但房地产行业的公平竞争之路究竟在何方。本文拟对中国房地产业链条的各大环节逐个分析,透视垄断的危害及《反垄断法》的现实意义。
Thirteen years of grinding the “anti-monopoly law” was finally passed, the law clearly provides for the protection of the relationship between the lifeline of national economy and national security industries and the implementation of monopoly in accordance with the law of the legitimate business activities. Interpretation of the law varies from person to person, but the fair competition in the real estate industry, where exactly the road. This article intends to analyze the major links in China’s real estate industry one by one, revealing the dangers of monopolization and the practical significance of the Anti-Monopoly Law.
