改革开放为我国私营企业的发展提供了生机，近年的发展势头更是迅猛异常。据截止１９９３年１０月的统计，全国私营企业已发展到１８．４万户，从业人员２９４．１万人，注册资金４５２．９亿元，买现产值１６５．１亿元。而其中尚不包括大量打着集体招牌，实为私营的企业。为了寻求私营企业存在和发展的合理因素，以利于采取正确的措施引导私营企业的健康发展，本文从深层次研究和探讨了私营企业的发展现象，并提出了发展私营企业的几点建议。
The reform and opening up have provided vitality for the development of private enterprises in China. The momentum of development in recent years has been swift and violent. According to the statistics as of October 1993, the number of private enterprises in the country has grown to 184,000, employing 29.41 million people, registered capital of 45.29 billion yuan, and buying current production value of 16.51 billion yuan. However, it does not include a large number of enterprises that are collectively signboards and are actually private companies. In order to seek the rational factors of the existence and development of private enterprises, in order to facilitate the adoption of correct measures to guide the healthy development of private enterprises, this article researches and discusses the development of private enterprises from a deep level, and puts forward some suggestions for the development of private enterprises.
