业已证实药物靠弥散进入机体组织的作用可被超声及其组织穿透能力所增强。超声作用下可在细胞内形成微流,使胞内结构移位暴露酶中心,从而提高细胞功能及其对理化因子的敏感性,增强药物的治疗作用。超声游子透入的效果取决于其本身的物理参数,药物理化特性,接触剂性质及所作用部位的解剖、组织特点。作者证实用低频超声治疗慢性扁桃体炎而不致造成组织损伤的最适宜作用时间为15秒。
