3月中旬,中国证监会发出通知,决定对证券经纪业务情况进行调查,以供交易佣金制度改革作为参考依据。此次主要调查了各证券公司和未完成信证分业的信托投资公司证券经纪业务的收入、支出情况。通知要求各证券公司应以公司、信托投资公司以证券部为单位,如实填报表格,并将报表发给证监会机构部。笔者却认为此决定至少反映了管理层已经在考虑降低交易成本。而目前市场交易成本主要包括印花税和佣金,而且印花
In mid-March, China Securities Regulatory Commission issued a circular and decided to investigate the situation of securities brokerage business for the reference of the reform of trading commission system. The survey mainly investigated the income and expenditure of the securities brokerage businesses of various trust companies and trust and investment companies that have not completed the letter of credit division. The circular requires the securities companies should be companies, trusts and investment companies to the Securities Department as a unit, truthfully fill out the form, and the report issued to the Department of the SFC.
