温政办〔2014〕109号各县(市、区)人民政府,市政府直属各单位:根据《中共温州市委温州市人民政府关于进一步加强温商回归工作的若干意见》(温委发〔2014〕27号文件)精神,为强化财政引导和支持力度,落实税收优惠政策,推动温商回乡创业,促进温州实体经济发展,经市人民政府同意,特制定有关促进“温商回归”促进实体经济发展的财税配套政策。一、财政扶持政策(一)支持引进海内外温商重大投资项目。对省、市重点产业项目,参照温委办发〔2013〕
