与常规热能动力装置相比,余热动力装置有许多特点,比如它的单机容量紧密地联系于具体余热资源的条件;它的工质初参数存在着最佳值;它的厂用电相对很大;它的出力随着季节环境温的变化有显著的浮动。此外,这种装置单位千瓦的造价也常比常规热能动力装置的单位造价高得多。一般说来,余热的品位越低,上述特点表现得越突出。本文对上述特点作了比较深入的分析,并结合这些特点指出了余热动力装置设计中的一些特殊考虑与相应的计算方法,每种方法除给出了其理论依据和推导过程外,还分别结合了具体的算例加以说明。文中的计算方法及所导出的公式都是作者首次提出的。
