目的了解海阳市基层医疗机构消毒工作现状及存在的问题,为提高消毒质量,预防和控制院内感染提供依据。方法依据GB15982-2012《医院消毒卫生标准》对83家不同医疗机构的空气、物体表面、医生手、灭菌器械、使用中消毒液和紫外线灯进行采样检测。结果从各医疗机构共采集到样品392件,消毒质量平均合格率为75.8%。不同监测项目中,使用中消毒液合格率为100%,空气、物体表面、医生手、灭菌器械和紫外线灯合格率分别为55.7%、86.9%、82.6%、75.0%和75.0%。结论各类医疗机构消毒质量合格率均较低,要加强医疗机构消毒管理,增强医务人员的消毒意识,提高消毒质量,控制院内感染发生。
Objective To understand the current situation and existing problems of disinfection work in primary health care institutions in Haiyang City and provide evidences for improving disinfection quality and preventing and controlling nosocomial infections. Methods According to GB15982-2012 “Sanitary Standards for Hospital Disinfection”, samples were taken from 83 different medical institutions on the surface of air, objects, hands of doctors, sterilized instruments, disinfectant and UV lamp in use. Results A total of 392 samples were collected from various medical institutions. The average pass rate of disinfection quality was 75.8%. In different monitoring items, the passing rate of disinfectant in use was 100%. The pass rates of air, surface, doctors’ hands, sterilization instruments and UV lamps were 55.7%, 86.9%, 82.6%, 75.0% and 75.0% respectively. Conclusion The passing rate of disinfection quality in various medical institutions is low. It is necessary to strengthen the disinfection management of medical institutions, enhance the awareness of disinfection among medical staffs, improve the quality of disinfection and control the occurrence of nosocomial infections.
