有不少人认为中医只能治疗慢性病而急症必须靠西医。殊不知在西方医学传入中国之前,几千年来,不论慢性病还是急性病,都是中医中药治疗的。自从西方医药学传入中国以来,中医药学就不断受到排挤和打击,它的领域越来越小,尤其是急症治疗的阵地,几乎全部被西医所占有。即使这样,中医药还是深深地扎根子广大人民群众之中,并在病员群众的要求之下,治好了不少急症。
Many people believe that Chinese medicine can only treat chronic diseases and emergency medicine must rely on Western medicine. Little do they know that before the introduction of Western medicine into China, chronic diseases or acute diseases were treated by traditional Chinese medicine for thousands of years. Since the introduction of Western medicine into China, traditional Chinese medicine has been continuously excluded and hit. Its fields have become smaller and smaller, and positions for emergency treatment have been almost entirely occupied by Western medicine. Even so, Chinese medicine is still deeply rooted among the broad masses of the people, and at the request of the sick masses, many emergencies have been cured.
