“百年大计,教育为本。教育大计,教师为本”。教师是“阳光下最辉煌的职业”;教师是“人类灵魂的工程师”;教师是“托起太阳的人”……这些都在告诉我们:祖国的未来、民族的希望、人类的明天,都和教师的工作息息相关。师德,是教师工作的精髓,可以用“师爱为魂,学高为师,身正为范”概括其内涵。“师爱”是教师对学生无私的爱,它是师德的核心。俗话说:“教学是一个良心活!”这句话简单明了地道出了何谓师德,那就是爱与责任,这正是师德之魂。
