3,4-呋喃二甲酸经酯化、肼解得到3,4-呋喃二酰肼,再与芳香醛、酮类发生缩合反应,最后用乙酸酐脱水环化,合成7个含呋喃环双二唑啉衍生物。经FT-IR、1HNMR、MS对它们的结构进行了表征。采用滤纸片法,研究了它们对大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌活性,目标化合物药液c=1 mg/mL(80%DMF),菌悬液浓度为106~107cfu/mL条件下,7个化合物对3种细菌的抑菌圈直径在16~28 mm,表现出良好的抗菌效果。
3,4-furandicarboxylic acid by esterification, hydrazinolysis to 3,4-furandihydrazide, and then with aromatic aldehydes, ketones condensation reaction, and finally dehydration cyclization with acetic anhydride, synthesis of seven containing furan ring double Diazoline derivatives. Their structures were characterized by FT-IR, 1HNMR, MS. The antibacterial activities against Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis and Staphylococcus aureus were studied by the method of filter paper. The target compounds were c = 1 mg / mL (80% DMF) and the bacterial suspension concentration was 106 ~ 107 cfu / mL Under the conditions, the inhibition zone diameters of seven compounds against three kinds of bacteria ranged from 16 to 28 mm, showing good antibacterial effect.
