苦苦追寻的更高维度的商业模式,其逻辑不在外部,而在我们的心里,就在我们的德性修养之中。互联网时代,一切旧的商业模式都在被逐一颠覆。颠覆来自于全新的商业模式,这个新商业模式通常拥有更高的维度,以高维对低维,恰如马云所说的以机关枪对冷兵器,不战而胜负已判。问题是如何才能找到高维度的商业模式?作为企业转型的思考者及实践者,笔者对于这个问题有着极大的热情。
The search for a higher-dimensional business model, the logic is not external, but in our hearts, in our moral cultivation. Internet era, all the old business models are being subverted one by one. The subversion comes from a completely new business model. The new business model usually has a higher dimension. It is judged by the high dimension and the low dimension, just as what Jack Ma said of using machine guns against cold weapons without winning. The question is how to find a high-dimensional business model? As a thinker and practitioner of business transformation, the author has great enthusiasm for this issue.
