我公司在近一两年里针对不同营业区域,分别采取集体经营、内部职工个人风险抵押承包经营、外部人员租赁经营及内外双方合作联营的多种经营方式。通过一段时间的实践,这些改革措施对增强企业活力,转变经营机制,确实起到了一定的积极作用。但同时也给企业的设备资产管理带来一些新问题,需要我们在工作中及时做一些调整,针对具体情况采取相应的措施。
In the past one or two years, our company has adopted multiple operating methods for different business areas, including collective management, personal risk mortgage contracting operations for internal employees, external personnel leasing operations, and joint ventures between internal and external parties. Through a period of practice, these reform measures have indeed played a positive role in enhancing the vitality of enterprises and transforming the operating mechanism. But at the same time, it also brings some new problems to the enterprise’s equipment asset management. It needs us to make some adjustments in the work and take corresponding measures according to the specific circumstances.
