在如今高校体育教学中,田径已经成为了关键内容。在新课改不断深入形势下,田径运动也在不断发展,而确保田径运动良好发展的关键动力就在于加强高校学生的田径训练。田径运动的训练方法和强度都直接影响着训练效果,传统的田径教学理念以及训练方式已经跟不上田径运动的发展了,因此,在高校体育田径教学训练中,体育教师需要根据学生的特点和实际情况,指定合理的田径训练量和训练强度,以促进田径运动的良好发展。
