新医改砸实了医院作为社会主义市场经济实体的市场身份,彰显了医院同时兼具企业和事业单位两方面特征的双重性,医院后勤管理也相应地在服务和效益两方面也具有双重性质。然而,后勤管理的关键环节——财务管理却全方位地落后于现实需求。对此,笔者简要地论述了医院后勤财务管理的现状和问题,从策略和战略两个层面提出了应对构想。
