手动万能虎钳,操作费力,夹紧力不稳定。如果将手动改为气动,而且不失其万能性,那是比较理想的。图中所示的气动万能虎钳就是在手动虎钳上增设部分零件改装成的。夹紧情况:气缸18通过螺杆15推动滑块9移动,滑块9上的斜面压滚轮7,滚轮7通过销轴8、块6、丝杠1和螺母2带动活钳口夹紧工件。气缸18收回时,滑块9亦收回,斜槽通过销10、块6、丝杠1和螺母2带动活钳口后退,把工件松开。这个过程只要操作气动阀手柄
