94年度大检修后,开车生产5D×70mm毛型粘胶短纤维,产品连续十几个班次出现并丝降等。而我厂以前生产毛型纤维时,产品质量很稳定没有出现过大的波动。这次连续出现并丝降等,对产品质量产生很大的影响。经过多方查找原因,几次调整工艺参数,避免了并丝。产生并丝有以下几点原因:①纺丝成形条件差,纤维在凝固浴中反应不均匀;②原液组成不稳定,造成粘胶通过喷丝孔时不稳
