1病例资料患者,女性,59岁,2个月前确诊为右肺中-低分化腺癌并右肺多发转移、右肺门淋巴结转移、右锁骨上窝淋巴结转移可能、胸膜转移(T4N3M1aⅣ期)ALK融合基因阳性,40 d前开始予以克唑替尼胶囊口服治疗,近1月来患者乏力,间断腹泻,最多每天3次,稀便,间断有恶心,无明显呕吐,食欲尚可,偶有咳嗽、咳痰,无发热、胸痛,活
1 Case data Patients, female, 59 years old, 2 months ago diagnosed with right middle lung-poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma with multiple right lung metastases, right hilar lymph node metastases, right supraclavicular lymph node metastases, pleural metastases (T4N3M1aⅣ phase) ALK fusion gene positive, 40 days before starting oral crizotinib capsules, nearly 1 month patients with fatigue, intermittent diarrhea, up to 3 times a day, loose stools, intermittent nausea, no obvious vomiting, appetite is acceptable, occasional Cough, expectoration, no fever, chest pain, live
