随着煤炭企业供给侧结构性改革的深入推进,领导干部队伍存在的许多问题也逐渐暴露出来,主要表现在:领导班子缺乏凝聚力和战斗力,班子成员各干各的,缺乏补台意识,不能主动交流协作。领导干部思想态度不端正,不求有功、当求无过,责任意识不强;身在岗位心不到位,工作不在状态;执行力差,在位不为、等待观望,甚至有消极抵触现象。因此,加强领导班子和干部队伍建设,培养造就一支素质高、能力强、敢担当、善作为的企业领导干部队伍,对煤炭企业应对安全生产、经营管理、转型发展面临的严峻挑战具有积极意义。
