首先我代表建设部标准定额司,对各位专家、代表前来参加国家标准《住宅设计规范》的审查会议,表示热烈欢迎。这次提交会议审查的《住宅设计规范》,是在1986年批准发布的《住宅建筑设计规范》的基础上进行修订的。该规范1994年列入修订计划,两年多来,修订组对当前的实际情况做了大量的调查研究,搜集了近一千条修改意见,先后八易其稿,到目前为止,基本上完成了预定的目标,具备了送审
