酪氨酸酶是黑素代谢的关键酶，其活性改变可导致黑素合成代谢的障碍。为此，我们从中医治疗白癜风的文献中，选出 56种常用的中药，观察其对酪氨酸酶的影响，在此基础上以棕色豚鼠为动物模型进行动物致色素实验，希望从中能筛选出作用更好的药物。 一、材料与方法 (一 )材料：
