政府相关部门如何采取有效措施治理网络群体性事件,是一个亟待解决的问题。目前我国网络群体性事件存在一系列问题,为此,必须建立健全网络群体性事件的预防与应急处置机制。网络群体性事件可分为萌芽期、爆发期和善后期三个阶段,应据此建立健全网络群体性事件的应急处置机制。
How to take effective measures to deal with the mass incidents of the network by relevant government departments is an urgent issue to be solved. At present, there are a series of problems in the network mass incidents in our country. To this end, we must establish and improve the prevention and emergency response mechanisms for mass incidents on the Internet. Network mass incidents can be divided into three stages of infancy, outbreak and rehabilitation period, and should establish and improve the emergency response mechanism of mass incidents on the network.
